    ACEO Youth Art Month Exhibit at City Hall

    In celebration of Youth Art Month, the Arts Council of East Orange proudly presents a citywide exhibit featuring works from 18 students in grades pre-K through 12. The exhibit will be on display throughout the month of March at City Hall, Investors Bank at 27 Prospect Street and CitiBank at 520 Main Street. The exhibit is sponsored by the East Orange Board of Education, the City of East Orange, Investors Bank and CitiBank.

East Orange residents are invited to join Councilman Ted Green and a panel of attorneys on Saturday, April 5th for a free expungement seminar at Langston Hughes Elementary School.     Celebrate Women’s History Month On Wednesday, March 26th

    Join the Division of Senior Services and the Historical Society of East Orange for “SHEROES: This is My Story,” a special Women’s History Month celebration on Wednesday, March 26th. The program will begin at noon at the East Orange Senior Center, 90 Halsted Street. Assemblywoman Sheila Y. Oliver headlines a program which will feature accomplished East Orange women from different walks of life who will share their personal success stories. Light refreshments will be served.
